1. Return Eligibility

At Artisanal Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible to return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • In the original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Please check the product description or contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will include the original purchase price minus any shipping fees.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds may take several days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it following our return policy.
